Automatic Measuring Machine for Crankshaft realizes the automatic measurements of the following items: out-of-roundness and cylindricity of main bearing and connecting rod neck; 4J width, connecting rod neck width, A-axis diameter, out-of-roundness and cylindricity; RF outer circle diameter and out-of-roundness; FIT outer cycle diameter; A-axis, B-axis and pulse plate keyway width. It also has the following functions: imprinting in accordance with grades, serial numbers imprinting, SPC analysis of the above measurement data, fast changes between different types, and data memory and saving.
