Specificaties
Meetprincipe: Vergelijkingsmeting. Verplaatsingssensor wordt gebruikt om het verschil tussen de gemeten onderdelen en de kalibratiedelen te meten, en vervolgens worden de relatieve afmetingen van de gemeten onderdelen berekend.
